Ordering- Ordering is available 24 hours a day seven days a week. If you have any problems ordering please contact orders@Pbrack.com

Returns and Replacements- We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturers defects. Repair or replacement will be handled on a case by case basis.  You must obtain an RA# before returning anything directly to PBRack.  Contact your nearest dealer for more information or email Warranty@pbrack.com

Shipping and Delivery- International orders will be billed according to published rates which may be more than quoted. All orders are shipped USPS unless other method is requested.

Sizing- Apparel fit true to size. Jetpacks are one size fits most. We recommend going up one shirt size to get accurate Jersey size.
