Should you have a warranty issue, please contact us at warranty@pbrack.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA). We will not accept returns/exchanges without an RA.
State law prohibits us from accepting items that have been worn, but unlaundered, so please be sure to send only clean or unworn returns.

Pbrack is not responsible for items lost in return shipping, so we recommend using a method that provides you a tracking number.
Please allocate 2 weeks for processing of return. If the identical product is unavailable, we will contact you with alternate options.
